We provide a Critical Case Analysis in homicide and violent crime cases in an effort to evaluate the quality of the investigative process.
This is accomplished through a careful Review and Evaluation of the Crime Scene Investigation Process.
This evaluation is followed by an analysis of the Bloodstain Pattern Evidence and a Reconstruction of the Crime Scene through a critical assessment of any Physical Evidence associated with the Victim, the Suspect, and the Crime Scene.
You will be provided with a Critical Case Review and analysis of:
- First Responders' Actions
- Crime Scene Investigator's Actions
- Crime Scene Investigation Documentation and Collection Protocols
- Crime Scene Evidence Handling, Transfer and Storage Protocols
- Forensic Evidence Examination Protocols
- Case Investigators' and Forensic Analysts' Actions
- Criminal Events Analysis and Reconstruction
- Witness and Third Party's Observations of Events
- Case Theory Development and Litigation Issues
